Renovation of an educational facility in Rochester, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Middle School Natatorium HVAC and Lighting Update Project Contracts shall be Bid as a single project. Work for the Rochester Middle School Natatorium HVAC and Lighting Update project shall be Substantially Complete no later than Friday, July 25, 2025. Bids should be placed in an envelope and clearly marked Middle School Natatorium HVAC and Lighting Update project. No bids shall be withdrawn after the opening of bids without the consent of the Rochester Community School Corporation within ninety (90) days of the Bid opening. Each Bid must be accompanied by a non-collusion affidavit as provided by law. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified Cashier's check or Financial Surety Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid, made payable to the Treasurer of Rochester Community School Corporation to guarantee the School Corporation against default by such Bidder in complying with the terms of this notice and of its Bid. The Board of School Trustees reserves the right to reject any and/or all Bids. Question Deadline 05/22/2024 at 12:00 PM ET Direct questions in writing via email to nate@viridian-design.net. Verbal answers are not binding on any party. Submit questions not less than seven (7) days before date set for receipt of Bids. Replies will be made by Addenda, which may be issued during Bidding period. Addenda will be sent to known Bidders and all who are known to have received a complete set of Bidding Documents. Addenda become part of Contract Documents. Include resultant costs in the Bid Sum. In order to obtain the refund for returned drawings and specifications, the drawings and specification must be turned in within ten (10) days of the bid due date. Drawings and specification must be returned in clean / unmarked condition.
