Full-Depth Reclamation Base Stabilization 9" (w/ Cement) which consists of 3.75" HMA surface removal and replacement with HMA Surface Course, Mix "D", N50 - 2" and HMA Binder Course, IL 19.0, N50 - 2" at the locations shown on the typical section. Street resurfacing which consists of 3.75" surface removal and replacement with HMA Surface Course, Mix "D", N50 - 1.5" and HMA Binder Course, IL 19.0, N50 - 2.5" at the locations shown on the typical section. The project will also include spot curb and gutter replacement, sidewalk replacement and utility rehabilitation. Bid proposals for this project will be considered not only on the basis of cost, but also on past performance, experience and ability to perform the work. The City of Zion reserves the right to accept the bid deemed to be in its own best interest, which is based on all of the above considerations. Bid will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder determined in the exclusive discretion of the City Council.
