This solicitation has been designated to be awarded to a State of Minnesota Targeted Group (TG), Economically Disadvantaged (ED), or Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. ONLY responses received from Contractors that are TG/ED/VO certified through the Department of Administration, Office of Equity in Procurement, will be considered. A. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General, Mechanical, and Roof construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1.) Remove the existing lead coated copper standing seam metal roof, flat seam lead coated copper valleys, coping and plywood substrate to the surface of the existing insulation. Replace any wet or damaged insulation. Install additional insulation, plywood decking and new standing-seam zinc-coated copper roof with fully adhered EPDM valleys. 2.) Replace the existing roof drains and rainwater leaders to meet current code. 3.) Replace existing skylight with new translucent planel skylight system. Est.
