The Work of this Project consists of bituminous and concrete pavement repairs/replacement at two large Metro Transit Park and Ride facilities. B. Neither COUNCIL nor the A/E will approve nor disapprove particular products prior to the opening of the Bids; such products will be considered when offered by CONTRACTOR for incorporation into theWork. C. To receive consideration, questions regarding the Bidding Documents must be submitted in writing no later than 10 days prior to the advertised date for receipt of Bids. Questions regarding the Technical Specifications and Drawings shall be directed to the IFB Administrator identified in these Instructions.
