Renovation of a municipal facility in Charleston, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Mississippi County Commission is soliciting hourly rates from a licensed plumber for various plumbing jobs to be performed at the Mississippi County Courthouse, Detention and Juvenile Detention Centers and the Mississippi County Highway Department. The Commission requests all plumbers submit hourly rates. Each job requested would be considered small (less than $4,500.00) and contractors would be expected to respond within seven (7) days of the original request. For emergency jobs, contractors would be expected to respond immediately. Interested contractors shall submit a sealed envelope that is clearly marked "Plumbing Rates" to the County Clerk's office. Bids shall also include any rates for equipment that may be used to perform certain tasks. The County Commission reserves the right to choose a contractor based on hourly rate and the work history of the contractor.
