Guardrail Maintenance Repair-Supplemental D7. This Supplemental Master Agreement will be for guardrail and cable barrier maintenance and repairs. Cable barrier maintenance and / or repairs shall be for the Brifen, Gibraltar, or Valitar cable systems. All repair material and hardware shall be approved by the manufacturer as compatible with the system being repaired. The Contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, materials (unless provided by the Department), and incidentals necessary to repair guardrail or cable barrier systems. This Master Agreement will be a supplemental guardrail and cable barrier repair Master Agreement. Due to the large number of repairs needed, this Master Agreement is in addition to the Guardrail and Cable Barrier Repair Master Agreement already in place, therefore the vendor with the current District 7 Master Agreement is excluded from submitting a bid for these services. The Department reserves the right to test the completed work of individual materials at any time prior to final acceptance for payment. No questions shall be accepted after the date/time listed unless the question(s) is considered material to the procurement. Oral questions will not be accepted at any time except for bid procedural clarifications.
