Reference Number 0000351942 The City of Poughkeepsie ("CITY") hereby requests proposals from qualified Engineering firms or individuals to provide professional engineering services and advice to the City of Poughkeepsie's Joint Water Board ("BOARD"), and the Plant Operators relating to engineering services and technical analysis necessary to support the operation of the water treatment facility. The Engineer shall provide services to the BOARD in the capacity as Official Engineering Consultant on an as-needed basis. Proposers must have a demonstrated expertise and experience in Water Treatment Facilities. Delivery Point 70 WaterWorks Road *The City of Poughkeepsie reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals in whole or in part, to waive any and all informalities, and to disregard all non-conforming, non- responsive or conditional proposals
