The address for the work at the James Pond Pump Station site is 290 Alexandra Woods Drive, DeBary, Florida, 32713. The address for Bill Keller Park is 338 Colomba Road, DeBary, Florida, 32713. The work at James Pond Pump Station site is considered work to be included under the BASE BID. The work at Bill Keller Park site is to be included as Additive Alternate Bid Items. The purpose of this project is to procure services for the completion of the James Pond and Bill Keller Park Stormwater System Improvements project. The Work to be done consists of the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment, and the performance of all work included in this Contract, as presented in Summary of Work in Section 01010.
