This project is made up of two distinct lots: * Lot 1: Expansion of the municipal garage. * Lot 2: Renovation of the basement of the Town Hall. The work is divided into 2 batches, each batch being subdivided by disciplines. Both projects will be awarded to the same general contractor who will have full responsibility for the work and its subcontractors.
