The new fence includes all gates, stretch braces and end braces and shall be constructed completely on WDFW property. Staging areas will be preapproved and discussed at the preconstruction meeting. The Contractor may get permission for access from neighbors, but permission must be in writing and a copy given to the project manager before such access is used.
