Site work for a water / sewer project in Memphis, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project scope of work is to furnish all required supervision, labor, materials, transportation, equipment, chemicals, and tools necessary for the preparation and application of coating for six (6) potable water storage tanks for Memphis Light Gas and Water, including a limited number of metal repairs/additions for the following elevated water storage tanks; Arlington Standpipe, Casper Creek (Farris), Cloverhaven, Gallagher, Palmer, and Redwood (Rainey). The work must be done in strict accordance as depicted in the Contract Documents and Specifications. MLGW reserves the right to reject bids, to waive Minor Irregularities in the bids received, and to accept any bid or portion of the bid, that MLGW, in MLGW's sole discretion, deems most favorable to the interest of MLGW.
