The Town Of East Haven Reserves The Right To Amend Or Terminate This Invitation To Bid; Accept All Or Any Part Of A Bid; Reject All Bids; Waive Any Informalities Or Technical Deficiencies In A Bid; And Award A Contract(S) To The Firm(S) Which In The Opinion Of The Town Presents The Best Value To The Town Of East Haven Community Based On Expertise, Experience, Past Performance, Cost, And Ability To Complete The Tasks And Services In A Timely And Professional Manner, And Not Necessarily The Lowest Bid.
