Site work and paving for a road / highway in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
A minimum of 7 calendar days notification is required to coordinate the removal of pay and display machines. Discontinuous sections of monolithic concrete sidewalks and concrete curb removal and replacement will be identified on site the Contract Administrator. Removal of Existing Asphalt Sidewalks and Replace with Concrete Sidewalk (SC4) to Match Existing, including survey, all inclusive Gladstone Ave. to McLeod St. Remove of existing 2.5m wide asphalt sidewalk on West side of O'Connor Street and replace with 2.5m wide Concrete Sidewalk per SC4, all inclusive. McLeod St. to Argyle Ave. Remove existing 1.8m wide asphalt sidewalk on West side of OConnor Street and replace with 1.8m wide Concrete Sidewalk per SC4, all inclusive. Sidewalk installation(s) will be placed to ensure tree roots are not impacted during installation; this may require some variances in sidewalk heights. All sidewalks to match resident side of sidewalks where sidewalks cross driveways. At locations where sidewalk installations impact sodded boulevards, sod shall be removed and replaced to the full width of the sod boulevard, with topsoil as required. A Performance Bond Signed and Sealed by the Tenderers Surety A Labour and Material Payment Bond Signed and Sealed by the Tenderers Surety Each in the Amount of at Least Fifty Percent (50%) of the Total Tender Price.
