Reference Number : 1845911 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-05-21 Electronically transmitted submission accepted: Yes, via the SEAO, with a document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months): 12 1.1 PURPOSE a) The purpose of this Quotation is to provide chiller maintenance services as described below: b) The Marguerite-Bourgeoys School Service Center (CSSMB) wishes to retain the services of ONE (1) SINGLE SERVICE PROVIDER specialized in cooler maintenance for a contract period of ONE (1) year from the date mentioned on the Notice of Award. The SERVICE PROVIDER grants ONE (1) Option to renew the Contract for an additional period of ONE (1) year, under the same terms and conditions described in the Tender Documents (DAO) of 23-069 , including this Quote. 1.2 AWARD The CSSMB intends to award a Contract to the compliant BIDDER who has proposed the lowest total amount (GRAND TOTAL of the BID) identified in its form ANNEX 2 - PRICE SCHEDULE. 1.3 ANNEX 2 - PRICE SCHEDULE a) Throughout the duration of the Contract, the SERVICE PROVIDER undertakes to provide all services related to the Chiller Maintenance Services. Thus, the prices submitted (UNIT Price, HOURLY RATE and Percentage increase) in ANNEX 2 - PRICE SCHEDULE include in particular, but not limited to, qualified labor (Technician/worker), equipment and tools necessary for the execution of the Contract, reports, all transport costs (including trucks/service vehicles), insurance, travel, delivery, administration as well as profits and all other indirect costs inherent in the provision of chiller maintenance services as indicated in this Quotation and other contractual document; b) During YEAR 1 of the Contract, the SERVICE PROVIDER must carry out, for each of the chillers, the QUARTERLY or MID-SEASON INSPECTION, the SHUTDOWN - END of SEASON and the THREE-ANNUAL Inspection mentioned in ANNEX 3 - PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE WORK PROCEDURE_23-069; c) During YEAR 2 (1st renewal) of the Contract, the SERVICE PROVIDER must carry out, for each of the chillers, the START-UP - START of the SEASON, the QUARTERLY or MID-SEASON INSPECTION and the SHUTDOWN - END of SEASON mentioned in ANNEX 3 - PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE WORK PROCEDURE_23-069. 2.1 DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED In this specification, the word "maintenance" includes inspection and/or maintenance as mentioned in ANNEX 3 and minor repairs. 2.1.1 Type of services a) The CSSMB hereby wishes to enter into a complete chiller maintenance service contract including, but not limited to, preventive maintenance and inspection services for its chiller fleet. The SERVICE PROVIDER must therefore carry out all these services and work at the frequencies recommended by the respective chiller manufacturers. Such frequencies include, among others: ANNUAL PROCEDURES. 1. START-UP - START of SEASON 2. QUARTERLY or MID-SEASON INSPECTION 3. PUT OFF - END of SEASON PROCEDURES - THREE-YEAR Inspection 4. WORK TO BE CARRIED OUT ONLY ONCE DURING THE CONTRACT b) Document ANNEX 3 - PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE WORK PROCEDURE_23-069 sets out, among other things, these recommendations; c) In addition, the CSSMB wishes to conclude in this same contract, a portion for minor repair services and service calls which may prove necessary following the maintenance and inspection of the chillers or at any other time. 2.1.2 Inventory by Sector a) The coolers concerned are located in the establishments indicated in document ANNEX 1 - INVENTORY AND SPECIFICATIONS OF CHILLERS 2024_23-069. The inventory of equipment by sector is also specified; b) The addresses of these establishments are available in document ANNEX 4-NAMMING AGREEMENT_23-069; c) The equipment/coolers are divided into three (3) different sectors: NORTH Sector / WEST Sector / SOUTH Sector 2.1.3 Type of call for tenders This is a service contract bringing together a fixed price portion (Preventive maintenance services) and another to be performed on request (Minor repair services and service calls).
