Sources Sought Notice Sources Sought Notice Page 4 of 4 Sources Sought Notice *= Required Field Sources Sought Notice Page 1 of 4 The Atlanta VA Medical Center Department of Veterans Affairs, Augusta VA Medical Center, 1 Freedom Way, Augusta, GA 30904, anticipates a requirement to provide Kitchen Exhaust Hood Cleaning services by the Department of Veteran Affairs. This contract will have a performance period of a base year plus four (4) option years and will be Firm Fixed Priced (FFP). The performance will occur at the Contractor s location and Government furnished property will not be provided. Scope of Work: Contractor shall provide all material, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary to accomplish the deliverables described in the statement of work (SOW), except as may otherwise be specified. Contractor shall: inspect, clean, and degrease kitchen exhaust hoods to include all ductwork and stainless-steel filters including roof fans for the kitchens located at the Uptown and Downtown Divisions of the Augusta VA medical center. Hoods shall be cleaned Twice a year (every 6 Months) and is to be scheduled. All associated ductwork with the kitchen hoods is to be cleaned and will total more than 150 feet between both Uptown and Downtown divisions. Vendors shall abide by the Fire code NFPA 96 (National Fire Protection Association). All interested vendors are invited to provide information to contribute to this market survey/sources sought including commercial market information. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT.
