Renovation of a municipal facility in Clayton, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Turn-key modernization (includes all building related work) on a 6 stop front and rear hydraulic elevator. The elevator scope includes a new controller, pump unit, door operators, hall fixtures, car fixtures and full wiring package. The project has an expected construction duration of 45 days after all materials have been received by the contractor and is ready for construction to begin. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all submittals. This submittals request is neither a contractual offer nor a commitment to purchase services.
