Reference Number 0000356864 Boulder County Building Services, a Division of Public Works, is requesting submissions from qualified contractors for Asphalt Paving and Repair services. Our goal is to award at least three (3) contractors in each category, Maintenance and/or New Construction services, depending on specialties offered. Awarded contractors will enter a Continuing Services Contract (CSC) with an annual limit not to exceed $1,000,000. Utilizing this form of contract, Public Works can award specific scopes of work with price associated via Notice to Proceed letter to one (1) of the three (3) contractors on a written quote process. The scope of work will be primarily focused on county owned facility sites, including parking lots and drive lanes. Submissions should include your ability to perform maintenance and/or new installations of parking lots, the methods used, and unit pricing of those services offered.
