Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Wrentham, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
DESCRIPTION This is an Invitation to Bid notification for sports court and recreational park improvements at Sweatt Park in the Town of Wrentham, MA during the Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 construction seasons. Work includes demolition, grading, and site preparation followed by the installation of area drains, benches, concrete walkways, granite stairs, hot mix asphalt parking spaces, and other park amenities. There are three (3) add alternates for the project as follows: 1. Sport Court Demo/Installation 2. Lighting Design and Construction 3. Landscaping The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, wholly or in part, and to award a bid deemed in the best interest of the Town of Wrentham.
