The contractor shall provide all management of tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to repair an Access Control System to 319th Special Operations Squadron located at building 91259 on Hurlburt Field, FL. 1.1 BASIC SERVICES. 1.1.1 The contractor shall provide the repair of an Access Control System. To include but not limited to: 1.1.1.1 Quantity of one (1) Identiv upgrade kit to bring M8 to current standards. 1.1.1.2 Velocity Software and Support Agreement to provide current software and firmware upgrades as required including annual technical support. 1.1.1.3 Quantity of one (1) USB style enrollment station. 1.1.1.4 All required cables, connectors, hardware, and fittings. 1.1.1.5 All associated labor, and technical services to upgrade defective M8 panel. 1.1.1.6 Location and rewiring of the primary ACS panel to have 3 doors connected for read-in only. 1.1.1.7 Velocity security management application software license. 1.1.1.8 Upgrade of software and firmware on existing CPU. 1.1.1.9 Removal of old communications equipment no longer needed and upgrade of modules as required. 1.1.1.10 Installation of enrollment station. 1.1.2 The contractor shall provide all material necessary to render a fully operational Access Control System. 1.1.3 The contractor shall provide training on the use and operation of the Access Control System. 1.1.4 The contractor shall provide a 1-year warranty on installation and shall provide manufacturers commercial warranty of all items installed. Any part of the system, including the wiring, installed under this Agreement that proves to be defective in material or workmanship within one (1) year of the date of completion of installation will be repaired or replaced with a new, functionally operative part. Labor and materials required to repair or replace such defective components or to make mechanical adjustments to the system would be free of charge for a period of one (1) year following the completion date of the original installation. 1.1.5 The contractor is responsible for all equipment necessary to meet the requirements and objectives of this Statement of Work. In addition, the contractor shall provide any material equipment necessary to complete the installation, this can include ladders, lifts, hoists, power tools, safety gear or other equipment, tools, supplies necessary to complete installation and provide necessary testing of all installed components.
