The project you are bidding on is funded partially or wholly by federal funds from the U.S. Department of Treasury. All construction work performed in relation to this project will be done so in compliance with American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds guidelines. Compliance will be monitored by the City of College Station Capital Improvements Department. The City anticipates the scope of work for the Project to consist of the following responsibilities and the following items: o Construction of approximately 4,070 LF of sanitary sewer line on the south west side of John Sharp Parkway near the HSC Parkway intersection including: o New Sanitary Sewer o Storm water Pollution Prevention and Erosion Control Question Deadline 05/15/2024 at 10:00 AM CT All Questions Related to This Request for Proposals Shall Be Addressed in Writing, via the Brazos Valley Online. Project Estimated Budget: The proposed estimated budget for construction costs for this Project is $ 1,100,000 inclusive of all incidental and contingent expenses associated with the construction of the entire scope of the Project. Project Estimated Completion Date: The City has established a target commencement date for construction activities as June 25, 2024. The projected completion date is estimated to be 150 working days. June 25, 2024 Anticipated date of Notice to Proceed o Feb 6, 2025 - Targeted Completion Date The City of Bryan reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals, to waive any informalities and technicalities, to accept the offer considered most advantageous and to award the Proposal to the vendor offering the best value to the City of Bryan. Additionally, all Proposers are hereby notified that the City of Bryan shall consider all factors it believes to be relevant in the determination of the best value including, but not limited to, the proximity of the Proposer as it relates to their ability to perform the contract for the City of Bryan.
