Reference Number 0000351856 Inspection and Repair of Cranes & Hoists, Various County locations, Westchester County, New York. This Contract consists of providing all necessary labor, materials, parts and equipment required to perform preventive maintenance services on various types of cranes and hoists at the Department owned facilities located throughout Westchester County. The Contract is for two (2) years, and may be extended by mutual consent of the parties for one (1) additional two year term with all prices, terms and conditions remaining the same as the original contract. Question Deadline 05/22/2024 at 3:00 PM ET General Requirements - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 10 % - Performance Bond 50 % - Payment Bond 50 %. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of fifty (50%) percent of the total Bid. Pursuant to Chapter 308 of the Laws of the County of Westchester, it is the goal of the County to use its best efforts to encourage, promote, and increase the participation of business enterprises owned and controlled by persons of color or women - Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women Business Enterprise (WBE) *The County of Westchester reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bids, or to reject any or all bids.
