Annual Contract for Material Testing The scope of services includes the following technical services: materials testing of soils (including sieve analysis, densities, proctors, Atterberg Limits, lime/cement series, and depth checks), aggregate, asphaltic concrete, cast-in-place concrete (including air, slump, compressive strength, etc..). Questions concerning the plans, specifications, or other bid documents or any part thereof must be submitted for the project through online in the Q & A portal at 05/17/2024 at 12:00 PM CT. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive any or all formalities. No bid may be withdrawn within 90 days after the date on which bids are taken. AWARD OF CONTRACT: It is the intent of the City of Euless that this contract be executed as timely as possible. The goal is to finalize the contract within six (6) weeks of the bid/proposal opening. A tabulation of the bids received will be prepared for consideration by the City Council, following the criteria listed in the Notice to Bidders. The preferred bidder will be notified once the recommendation is prepared to go to City Council.
