Cochise County, hereinafter referred to as the County, through a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) from the State of Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) will accept bids from qualified firms or individuals who are licensed, registered, and in good standing with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. This is a federally funded project which requires that contractors also be registered and verified in online website. Questions Due Date: May 28th 2024, 2:00 PM MST Project Description This federally funded project consists of the installation of a roof and the installation of a heat pump HVAC system. If additional electrical upgrade/wiring is needed; install upgrade/wiring. Weatherize house (caulk windows, as needed; weatherize doors, as needed; insulate under roof.) 207 E. Third St., Bowie, AZ 85605 Installation of a roof. Installation of a heat pump HVAC system. (There is no existing ductwork in the house.)
