Renovation of an educational facility in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project Description: The project includes the following work: To install (7) dedicated split systems, labs 212, 213, and 215 of the Winkenwerder Forest Laboratory building with outdoor condensing units mounted on the roof (expected to not be visible from below and adjacent to existing mechanical equipment). The project includes electrical work, including a new panel to be installed on the roof. All new installed work should be considerate of existing architecture, interior and exterior.
