Site work and paving for a road / highway in South Prairie, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This project will provide street facility improvements, including approximately: oRegrading +/-6,500 SY of gravel roadway oSupplying, spreading and compacting 1,000 TONS of crushed surfacing top course. oApplying high float emulsion asphalt to 6,000 SY of graveled roadway oCrack Sealing 2,200 LF of roadway All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the Town of South Prairie.
