A new intelligent reporting, microprocessor-controlled fire detection system shall be installed in accordance to the project specifications and drawings. B. The system shall be designed such that each signaling line circuit (SLC) is limited to only 80% of its total capacity at initial installation. SUMMARY A. Provide energy efficient and maintenance reducing outdoor sports lighting systems complete with all new LED luminaires, completely factory pre-wired & pre-aimed and securely attached to tubular service platforms by contractor in field. Provide anchor base galvanized steel poles. B. Athletic Fields: i. (1) Multipurpose Field ii. (1) Softball Field iii. (7) Tennis Courts TIME OF COMPLETION The Bidder agrees that after receipt of a Notice to Award and a consummation of an Agreement between the Owner and the Contractor in accordance with the terms of the Contract Documents, he will start work within five (5) calendar days of the date of "Notice to Proceed," and fully complete the Work in timeframes shown on the milestone schedule.
