Remodeling and renovation of a mixed-use development in Victoriaville, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for the remodel of a municipal facility.
Upgrades to the owner's city hall. Experiencing a lack of space in the City Hall offices, one of the services will be relocated to 33 Notre-Dame Street East. This will free up space for the needs of the other remaining services and require upgrade and redevelopment work. TIMELINE: The owner has split the construction program and started the project of redevelopment of the municipal building located at 33 Notre-Dame Street East. The related project is now followed in the report under CRM ID name Redevelopment of 33 Notre-Dame Street East, Phase 2. Development timelines for the city hall building project will be finalized at a later date. Further update in late, 2025. Note. The firm Affleck de la Riva Architectes has prepared a functional and technical program (PFT) for this project.
