Upgrades to a city hall, and fit-in work of building located at 33 Notre-Dame Est that to house the city departments: leisure services and the office of sustainable development. Budget for city hall is $3,500,000. Budget for a building located at 33 Notre-Dame Est is $800,000. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded an architectural professional consultant to complete a functional and technical programming (FTP) of the construction program following the Request for proposals B2024-03-111597. Preliminary studies are underway. According to the owner's preliminary scheduling the FTP for the city hall is to be completed by December 6, 2024 and FTP for the building at 33 Notre-Dame Est, by December 20, 2024. Scope of work, final budget and timelines of the project development will be finalized based on the FTP data.
