As of September 5, 2024, the Construction Manager as Contractor has commenced construction. All trades have been awarded. The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: Work includes a new aquatic center that includes a variety of water activities, the facilities will have an indoor pool, outdoor pool, waterslides, and fitness amenities such as pickleball court. This includes site work, site utilities and the new aquatic center building. CONTRACT TYPE: The project(s) will be constructed utilizing the Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) delivery method for public work. The Construction Manager will contract with multiple First Tier Subcontractors for the Bid Items listed below, with Form of Proposal/Bids received ona lump sum basis for each bid item.
