Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Bourbonnais, Illinois. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
New Bradley Sports Complex is an approximately 80-acre diamond sports complex. The complex will consist of 14 all turf fields with dugouts, warmup & viewing areas, concessions stands, kitchen, cafeteria, restrooms, training room, ticket office, referee rooms, meeting rooms, support buildings, press boxes, approximately 1,300 parking spaces and multiple water features utilizing the lands existing stormwater ponds. There will be more than 1,000,000 sq ft of artificial regulation turf and nearly 13,000 sq ft of support buildings. The Village of Bradley has recently purchased approximately 125 acres of farmland that has yet to be assigned an address. The location of the complex will be directly behind the Bradley Commons Shopping Center at the corner of Illinois Route 50 & St. George Road. Tenants at the shopping center include Wal-Mart, Dick's Sporting Goods, Kohls, Buffalo Wild Wings, Olive Garden and many more. Although the mailing address will be the Village of Bourbonnais, it is within the corporate limits of the Village of Bradley.
