Site work for a water / sewer project in Valley City, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) seeks bids for a sewer line repair at the Visitor Center at the Mel Rieman Recreation Area, Ashtabula Lake, Valley City, ND. The sewer line was CCTV inspected on August 7, 2023. An infiltration runner was found approximately 6" from the end of the pipe in manhole #3 (MH3). The Contractor must provide all necessary parts, labor, materials, transportation, and equipment necessary to repair the infiltration runner at MH3. Contractor will repair the sewer line using Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) technology or other standard industry practices. Contractor must follow manufacturer's recommended repair and installation procedures. A licensed plumber must perform all work. All work must be completed on or before 6/24/2024 or started after 7/7/24 with no sewer system interription between 6/24/2024-7/7/24. All work must be done no later than 8/30/24 All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via email to benjamin.t.knutson@usace.army.mil and jesse.l.onkka@usace.army.mil The estimated magnitude is less than $ 25,000.00.
