Site work for a road / highway in North Fayette Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
As of August 27, 2024, the project was awarded to Bronder Technical Services, Inc., with an awarded amount of $$389,885.84. The scope of work includes the placement of new vehicle/pedestrian signal heads, a pedestrian stub pole, conduit and wiring, a controller cabinet, a time clock, an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) assembly, radar detectors, an acoustic preemption system, pavement markings, street signs, pedestrian amenities, traffic control for two existing traffic signals and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for said construction at the intersections of McKee Drive and PTC Road, along with the intersection of Steubenville Pike and Mahoney Road. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid. Any technical questions regarding the bid documents are to be directed to LSSE. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the bidding.
