Purchase and Installation of HVAC System and Electrical Update to Accommodate a Commercial Kitchen and Appliances. Bidders Must Comply With Title Vi of the Civil Rights Act of 1954, the Antikickback Act, Contract Work Hours Standard Act and 40 Cf 31.36 L (3, 4 & 6) 2012; Presidential Executive Order No. 11246 as Amended, Which Prohibits Discrimination Regarding Race, Creed, Color, Sex or National Origin.
