This includes 38 existing fixtures with 34 after the retrofit This proposal will provide LED fixtures and new poles (where applicable) for all exterior lighting at this facility. This also includes the removal of all replaced poles as well as 2 poles per instruction. This will also include the focus for the fixtures so shine directly to the ground. All Poles provided will be 25 ft tall. This project incorporates the Cleco incentive to lower usage.
Contractor shall provide all labor and materials in order to replace 6 exterior light poles with 25' poles and replace 1 pole with a 15' pole. Contractor shall provide 2 fixtures per pole for a total of 14 fixtures. Contractor shall remove 1 existing pole (no replacement). Contractor shall remove and replace and replace lace a total of 13 wall pack fixtures as well as 2 flood lights. Contractor shall replace 5 recessed porch lights and replace 5 canopy fixtures.
