Reference Number 0000352029 Job Location: 2785 US Hwy 50, Grand Junction, CO The Facilities Department of Mesa County, Colorado is requesting competitive proposals from qualified and interested companies for the replacement of the roof on both the Tri-River and the Jockey Club buildings located at 2785 US Hwy 50, Grand Junction, CO. General Offeror to provide a complete roof system comprised of standing seam panels and all associated trim similar to the existing roof on Tri-River building. Alternate 1 will include the removal of existing ribbed panels on the Jockey Club building and reinstalling a standing seam roof with all associated components similar to the Tri-River building. Contractor is responsible for removing all existing roof material and associated cover, trims, boots and flashing. Contractor shall install a new roof per manufacture specifications and with the ability to obtain manufacture warranty. Contractor shall replace all necessary trim and boots. Contractor shall provide a dumpster and is responsible for hauling off all materials and leaving job site clean upon completion. Contractor is to provide a porta potty for employees. Staging and parking will be discussed during Pre-Proposal meeting. Selected Contractor shall provide submittals and obtain approval from Mesa County prior to purchasing of any materials. Contractor must be licensed and provide all permits. Contractor shall provide standing seam metal roof equivalent to the existing roof on the Tri River building for both buildings. Pricing shall be reflected in the Pricing Sheet found in Section 7 and separated by building.
