Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Glencoe, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
For the Takiff Center Sensory Room Construction/Renovation, Any questions regarding the specifications or bid information must be submitted IN WRITING to Duggan, Matthew mduggan@wightco.com Sensory Room - Interior renovation of existing space at the Glencoe Park District Takiff Center. The work includes new gypsum board partitions, new acoustical ceilings, new lighting, millwork and minor renovation to existing mechanical and electrical systems to accommodate the new space. Award to successful bidder will be made within sixty (60) days. Contractor is responsible for all measurements, and must personally inspect the site to verify the scope of the work to be bid. The successful bidder will be required to comply with all laws, statutes, regulations, ordinances, rulings or enactments of any governmental authority which are applicable to the work or the project. The successful bidder shall pay Cook County, Illinois Prevailing Wages and shall utilize equal opportunity hiring practices. Bidders are required to use the proposal form supplied with the bid document supplement. The Board of Park Commissioners of the Glencoe Park District, Cook County, Illinois, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any part thereof, and to accept the bids deemed to be in the best interests of the Glencoe Park District.
