Volusia County is soliciting bids for construction of a new Lifeguard Station at the Beach Headquarters Sunsplash Park. Scope of work consists of new construction of a Beach Safety Lifeguard Tower at the existing Beach Headquarters site. Work includes but not limited to all site work, utility installations, network infrastructure, masonry & framing, HVAC & Mechanical and electrical work. Location- 611 S Atlantic Ave Daytona Beach, FL 32118 Term: Total contract time: 250 Days Question Deadline 06/06/2024 at 11:59 AM ET ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $366,000.00 A Bid bond shall accompany each Bid in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Bid amount After the County and the successful Bidder have executed a written Contract and the successful Bidder has recorded an acceptable payment and performance bond or if one hundred twenty (120) days have passed The County reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, or any part of any Bid, to waive any informality in any Bid,
