The former Eastern Avenue Elementary School, located at WS Eastern Ave. parcel 04325-0063 is vacant and available for redevelopment. The existing brick building was constructed in 1898 and has three levels (basement and two floors), with a total of 21,672 square feet. Redevelopment of Eastern Avenue Elementary School The property's assessed value is $4,415,200 Bid questions: In order to provide prompt answers to questions, the Chief Procurement Officer requests that all proposers submit written questions to the Office of Procurement, not later than June 7, 2024. Questions may be emailed to lstabilo@springfieldcityhall.com and gmccafferty@springfieldcityhall.com The Procurement Office will compile written answers which will be emailed back to all Proposers who requested a copy of the RFP by 4 pm on June 14, 2024. The Chief Procurement Officer may, in its sole and absolute discretion, reject any and all, or parts of any and all proposals
