Site work and paving for a civil project in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Neely Heights Avenue Roadway and Utility Improvements. Scope of Work Includes the Reconstruction of Approximately 2,200 Square Yards of Existing Brick and Bituminous Pavement Roadway, Construction of Approximately 750 Linear Feet of Ductile Iron Replacement Waterline, Reconnection of Building Service Connections, Manhole to Manhole Cipp Lining of Approximately 750 Linear Feet of Sanitary Sewer, Sidewalk and Curb Adjustments and All Necessary Appurtenances and Restoration for Said Construction. Proposals Must Be Upon the Forms Furnished by the Borough. The Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the Amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid, Made Payable to the Borough of Coraopolis to Guarantee the Bidder's Entrance Into the Contract if Given the Award. The Borough Reserves the Right to Reiect Any or All Proposals and to Waive Any Informalities in the Bidding. No Bid May Be Withdrawn for Ninety (90) Calendar Days After the Scheduled Time for Receipt of Bids.
