Proposals prospect School District Is Seeking Proposals From Qualified Engineering Firms To Provide Professional Engineering Services For The Seismic Rehabilitation Of Prospect School District Seismic Upgrade. The Project Is Located At 160 Mill Creek Drive, Prospect, Or 97536. Prospect School District is seeking proposals from firms for the architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical design of Prospect School District CTE Construction Tech Building, located at 160 Mill Creek Drive Prospect, OR 97536. The intent of this RFP is for the consultant to provide an integrated design solution for the retro-fit of three buildings on campus that are seismically upgraded for students and safe occupancy. This project is being funded through the State of Oregon's Seismic Grant Program. Buildings B, C, and D to include the Middle School Quad that includes four classrooms, the Elementary Quad that includes four classrooms, and the Multi-Purpose Room that includes two classrooms, a gymnasium, kitchen, bathrooms, and cafeteria space. These buildings were constructed in the years 1979-1981. This project is a seismic retrofit of these three buildings. The Prospect School District intends to use the CM/GC procurement project delivery method for this project. Pre-Design/Schematic Design would begin immediately upon award and approval of the resulting design contract. Construction is anticipated to be flexible depending on processes as early as March of 2025, but most likely June of 2025 and be completed by September 30 th of 2025. The project will have to work around timelines of school when in session.
