Poles and Stanchions The contractor shall be responsible for the following tasks, categorized by priority and specific diagrams provided: Priority #1: Completion Deadline - June 21, 2024 1. Pole Circles Installation (Refer to Diagram A - Site Layout A1): 2. Dig and set two pole circles, each consisting of 24 poles using 40' Class 5 poles, and a central pole using a 65' Class 1 pole. 3. Total of 50 poles will be provided by TSTC.. 4. Pole Grid Installation (Refer to Diagram B - Site Layout A1): 5. Dig and set a grid of 24 Class 5, 40' poles. 6. All poles will be provided by TSTC. Priority #2: Completion Deadline - July 26, 2024 1. Feeder Line and Stub Poles Installation: 2. Dig and set one feeder line using 12 Class 5, 40' poles. 3. Dig and set 32 stub poles, cutting each to ensure 15' remains above ground. 4. All poles will be provided by TSTC. 5. Transmission Structure Installation: 6. Dig and set a structure using 7 Class 1, 65' poles. 8. All poles will be provided by TSTC. 9. Additional Feeder Line Installation: 10. Dig and set an additional feeder line using 12 Class 5, 40' poles. 11. All poles will be provided by TSTC. 12. Metering Poles Installation (Refer to Diagram C - Site Layout A1): 13. Dig and set metering poles using 50 Class 5, 40' poles. The center poles will be full length, while surrounding poles will be cut to 15' above ground. 14. All poles will be provided by TSTC. It may be determined that clarifications or interpretations of the Contract Documents are necessary. Upon direction by ODR, such clarifications or interpretations will be provided by A/E consistent with the intent of the Contract Documents. A/E will issue these clarifications with reasonable promptness to Contractor as A/E's supplemental instruction ("ASI") or similar instrument. If Contractor believes that such clarification or interpretation justifies an adjustment in the Contract Sum or the Contract Time, Contractor shall so notify Owner in accordance with the provisions of Article 11.
