The Scope of Work for This Project Spans 2 Campuses. One Being Tmcc Dandini Campus at 7000 Dandini Blvd and the Second Being Tmcc Meadowood Campus That Encompasses Both 5250 and 5270 Neil Road. The Base Bid Will Be the Meadowood Campus as Well as the Base Bid of the Dandini Campus as Specified in the Plans on Sheet C-2. The Additive Alternates Are Specified on Sheet C-2 of the Dandini Campus Plans. There Are No Alternates Specified for the Meadowood Campus. The Optional Bid Walk Will Occur on the Dandini Campus. Labor Commissioner #: WA-2024-298 Estimated Cost Range: $3.1M - $3.3M Liquidated Damages: $1,000/day Questions Due Date 1/9/2025 05:00:00 PM (PT) The Aggregate on the General Liability Will Have a Required Limit of $5m or Require a $5m Excess Insurance Policy. Proof of Coverage for Equipment in the Form of Inland Marine Insurance and/or Equipment Breakdown is Also Required. It May Be Added as an Endorsement to Their Gl or a Separate Policy. Please Refer to the Template-owner-contractor Construction Agreement on the Attachments Tab for Limits and Additional Information. Required Insurance if Awarded: Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, and Contractor's Pollution Liability Insurance will be required. Completion of Work: Subject to change by Owner, Work is scheduled to begin on "May 17, 2025" and shall be fully complete by "August 25, 2025."
