Scope Specific components associated with the project, include, but are not limited to, the following Installation of a New Monitored Alarm System, Installation of PTAC units, Installation of Storm and Entry Doors, Window Replacement, Replace Water Heaters, Establish ADA Compliant Units, Installation of Luxury Vinyl Tile Flooring, Various Community Room Improvements, and Installation of Emergency Generators. Question Submission Deadline May 16, 2024, 11:00am Question Response Deadline May 17, 2024, 5:00pm A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of five percent of Bidders maximum Bid price (including any alternates) and in the form of a Bid bond issued by a surety meeting requirements. Simultaneously with its delivery of the executed contract, the Contractor shall furnish a one hundred percent (100%) surety bond or bonds as security of faithful performance of their contract Bidder further agrees to pay as liquidated damages, the sum of $ 150.00 for each consecutive calendar day thereafter. the OWNER and to fully complete the project within 245 consecutive calendar days thereafter as stipulated in the specifications. This contract is subject to state contract compliance requirements, including set-aside (25% SBE and 6.25% M/W/DisBE) and non-discrimination requirements enforced by the Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities (CHRO). The Municipality may accept or reject any or all bids or any portions thereof and take any action deemed to be in the best interest of the City
