The work of this contract includes the provision of all materials, labour, and equipment necessary to complete the Boiler Replacement and Controls Upgrade at Tantallon Sr. Elementary, to remove and replace the heating piping and equipment, provide additional controls, install propane tank farm, demo old jr. elementary fuel tank, and relocate the existing above tank as noted on the drawings and specifications prepared by Dumac Energy Limited. This includes removal of hazardous materials required to complete the above work scope. Reference the Hazardous Building Material Assessment for Tantallon Sr. Elementary School included in the Appendices.
