Site work and paving for a civil project in Spring Valley, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The general scope of work involves the construction of a new 3.4-million-gallon AWWA Type I cast-in-place concrete reservoir, yard piping, improvements to an existing 11-million-gallon earthen embankment reservoir, including existing floating cover and liner replacement and below-grade pipe replacement, existing access road improvements, and all other associated work and appurtenances in accordance with the Contract Documents. The engineer's estimate is $18,000,000. This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. No contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code Section 1725.5 [with limited exceptions from this requirement for bid purposes only under Labor Code section 1771.1(a)]. No contractor or subcontractor may be awarded a contract for public work on a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code Section 1725.5. The District will only respond to questions submitted electronically or at the Pre-Bid Meeting and questions may not be asked or submitted any other way.
