Addition and major renovations to Maisonneuve-Rosemont Hospital. The scope of the project includes the construction of a new Critical Care Pavilion including a basilar and two hospitalization towers, a significant redevelopment of the first floors of the Maisonneuve Pavilion, as well as all the related collateral work required to carry out the project. The project implementation will allow to increase the number of beds from 544 to 746 and will require 1,500 additional nurses. The scope of the project also includes major landscaping work. The project will be certified LEEDv4 BD+C. Expected value of the construction work amounts to $2,000,000,000. TIMELINE: Following the request for proposals 44538797/1847194 the owner has awarded an engineering professional consulting firms to provide soil and material testing engineering services for the project implementation.
