Description of Work The proposed Work is officially known as Control Monument and Topographic Survey Services, as further described in the Village Specifications section of this RFP. Timing of Work The Work shall begin on or about 06/03/2024. The Village must receive draft topographic survey deliverables for ROADS no later than 4:00 p.m. local time on 08/02/2024, and the final deliverables by 4:00 p.m. local time on 08/16/2024. The Village must receive draft topographic survey deliverables for ALLEYS/BRICKS/PARKING LOTS no later than 4:00 p.m. local time on 08/16/2024, and the final deliverables by 4:00 p.m. local time on 08/30/2024. Control Monument installations and final deliverables must be completed and submitted to the Village no later than 4:00 p.m. local time on 10/25/2024. Any questions related to this RFP should be submitted in writing to Ryan Kearney, Assistant Village Engineer, at kearneyr@wilmette.com. Questions received by the Village, including the Village's responses will be consolidated and posted to the Village website. The deadline for submitting questions is 2:00 p.m. central time 05/08/2024. Respondents will provide written acknowledgment of each addendum issued with their submitted proposal. Oral explanations will not be binding. No clarifications, interpretations or addenda shall be issued after 2:00 p.m. local time on 05/10/2024. The Village reserves the right to waive any technicalities, irregularities or award in part or in whole or to not award at all, reject any and all proposals, and may order a re-advertisement for new proposals or whatever is in the best interest of the Village.
