The Home is soliciting pricing for the installation (labor only) of VCT flooring tile, sheet vinyl flooring, cove base, self-leveling, moisture mitigation, feather finish skim coat and/or minor patching in resident rooms, support spaces and corridors. The Home will supply all materials to complete the project. All project work is subject to New York State prevailing wages and certified payroll submission as per New York State Department of Labor, PRC #2024008717. All work is to be performed during normal working hours, 7am - 3:30pm, no weekend hours. Construction area will be accessible and can be worked on as the Contractor deems.. Award will be based on lowest total pricing. Pricing must be complete to be considered for award. Any missing pricing will disqualify the Contractor.
