Amendment 0002: Purpose: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the past due date from 5/31/24 to 6/17/24 due to a Contracting error regarding the process of reading bid proposals. New due date is 6/17/24 by 1 PM EST. All bid proposals will be read via Conference call at 1pm EST on 6/17/24. Calendar invites with call-in data, will be emailed to all who provided proposals for this solicitation. Note: See Amendment 0001, added to "attachments". This amendment clarifies the SOW (statement of work)---This will be standalone contract, please disregard references to "task orders" stated in Section C of the SOW. Additionally, this amendment provides for Q&A's received thus far. The due date for proposals and all other terms & conditions remain unchanged. Note: No pre-bid site visit will be held. Period of Performance: 90 Days SCOPE OF CONTRACT The contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, supervision, transportation, materials, tools, and other incidentals and execute all work necessary to perform road maintenance on National Forest roads in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) specifications, exhibits/attachments, and industry standards. The contractor shall perform in accordance with the standards defined in this contract. Services are to be performed on any of the Forest Service roads within the Ranger Districts for which this contract applies. Project Location: There are 3 Ranger Districts located within the Nantahala National Forest. Below, a table listing information about each ranger district and what National Forest (Zone) they are located within. 1.
