The State University Construction Fund is seeking statements of qualifications from firms to provide Construction Management Services for the following project: This Project is a gut renovation of the building, except for the Gym and Pool infill addressed in project 011044. Spaces include new locker rooms for a number of teams, including football, softball, baseball, golf and cheerleading; also new strength and conditioning, recreation fitness, dance, multiuse courts, and related offices are included in the project. New mechanical, fire protection, electrical, and data/AV systems along with hazardous material remediation is included in the project. The project is anticipated to be constructed in two Phases under different construction packages, the first phase will also include renovation to spaces in Broadview Center for Surge.
